All new Jayco’s come with a 12-pin plug as standard. However, how the 12 pin plug is wired will depend on the model of van itself. If you have purchased a used older van, this may not be the case.
All Jayco RV’s require electric brakes to be fitted on your tow vehicle. This can be a permanent set-up by an auto electrician or there are Bluetooth options available. We have a skilled auto-electrician on site that can install both.
At Jayco Ballarat, we take the time to have your car checked on the day of purchasing your new/used van to see what is required for towing safely. This takes no longer than 15 minutes and is free of charge.
